PE Wax

iSuoChem® offers a full range of high-performance micronized waxes. They work perfectly with water-based, solvent-based, and UV systems. As a surface modifier, it mainly solves problems with coating wear, matte finish, mold release, and surface feel.

Micronized wax includes: PE Wax (high hardness), PA Wax (high dispersion/compatibility), FT Wax (high melting point/narrow distribution), OPE Wax (polarity and lubrication balance), and PTFE Wax (low friction/high temperature resistance). 

We use advanced spheroidization technology to improve your products. It gives inks, tinplate coatings, and powder coatings excellent abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, anti-blocking, and slip.

In wood coatings, leather, and textiles, it significantly improves the "hand-feel" and adjusts gloss accurately.

In plastics processing, it works as a highly efficient lubricant and mold release agent. It helps the automotive, packaging, and new energy industries improve surface quality.
